Returning brings a bit of soul aches…. But also some important documents you will have to tace care of, which you don’t want to forget.
On your return you should make sure to forward all the necessary for a successful conclusion of your mobility period, read carefully and write to these contacts if you have any doubts.
The student must carefully follow the return procedures indicated by the Central Erasmus+ Office. Please note that the last instalment of the Erasmus+ Mobility Grant is only paid once these procedures have been completed! If you have any doubts, please contact Dr Mirabela Salavastru at outgoing@erasmus.uniroma2.it
The exams taken and passed during the mobility will be recognised as equivalent to the Tor Vergata exams present in the student’s Study Plan and declared in the Learning Agreement, subject to reception of the Transcript of Records by the Host University, which must then be duly uploaded by the student on the MOBINT platform. This will be followed by a communication from the Erasmus+ Office of the School of Humanities (Macroarea di Lettere e Filosofia) concerning the exams Recognition modalities and the steps to follow. As regards the academic aspects of Erasmus mobility, we recommend that you always refer to your Delegate and to the Erasmus+ Office at the following addresses: erasmus@lettere.uniroma2.it / giuseppina.grimaldi@lettere.uniroma2.it
The grades that are recognised follow the Conversion Tables (Tabelle di Conversione) below:
