In this section, Incoming students can find the most salient procedures they have to follow prior, during and after their Erasmus+ mobility in Tor Vergata.

Students with an Erasmus+ Scholarship and who have been nominated by their own Home University, must complete the on-line Application within the established terms. After the Nomination by Home University, you will receive an automatic e-mail with the deadlines for Application, please read it carefully!
You Application is done via MOBINT, our platform for students on mobility. You can click the link below to be redirected to MOBINT and follow the instruction you got by e-mail to do your Application: http://mobint.uniroma2.it/erasmus/applicationform/
Incoming students are required to do their Application within the following deadlines:
- I Semester and Whole Academic Year, from 04/04 to 30/06
- II Semester, from 01/10 to 30/11
!!!NOTE THAT any dispensation from said deadlines must be backed by your Home University via e-mail.
The Learning Agreement outlines the study plan agreed upon by you, your Home University, and us at Tor Vergata. This document allows you to predefine the courses and activities you intend to follow, ensuring that the credits you earn here will be recognized when you return to your home institution.
Here are some key points:
- Before Departure: Make sure to fill out the Before the Mobility section with the list of courses approved by the parties involved. Complete the Learning Agreement according to the instructions of your own university. Both your Home University and us must sign the document to validate it.
- During Your Stay: If you find yourself in the need of making changes to your original LA, e.g. courses not available or interests in other courses, you can easily update your study plan fillin-in the During th Mobility section of your Learning Agreement. You will need to get the document signed and approved by all parties again.

Once your stay with us at Tor Vergata comes to an end, you will have to follow some final procedures. The steps you have to take are:
- Ask your Home University the module that testify your departure (Certificate of Departure/Confirmation of Departure, or similar), fill it in and send it to the Erasmus Office . In addition to said document, you will have to send a proof of your departure where there is the date you declared is the actual date of your travel back home (train ticket, boarding pass, etc.). !!!NOTE THAT the date of your departure must be after the date of the last exam you gave here in Tor Vergata;
- When you send the said documents, you will also have to point to your Home University Erasmus+ Responsible giving their e-mail and contacts to send them everything they need to conclude your mobility, including the Transcript of Records, aka the document which testifies the exams and grades you got while studying abroad.
